We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM, depending on the delivery location. Orders received after 2 PM are scheduled for the next available delivery day. Our delivery team operates Monday through Saturday, with limited slots, and does not deliver on Sundays or major holidays. For areas with high demand, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred delivery day.

You can request a delivery window at checkout for an additional fee. While we strive to accommodate your timing preferences, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. Our team always communicates any changes promptly to ensure you are informed.

All bouquets on our website are original designs created by our skilled florists. To guarantee freshness, seasonal substitutions may occur. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the preparation or dispatch process. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply depending on the order status and preparation costs.

If no one is present to receive the flowers, our delivery team will leave the arrangement in a safe location, such as with a neighbor, the front desk, or the reception area. The recipient will be notified of the delivery when possible to ensure they receive your thoughtful gift.

Delivery fees start at $14.95. There is no minimum order for standard flower deliveries. Some locations may have specific requirements, which will be noted during checkout.
