Job Responsibilities:

Process, clean, and care for incoming flowers and greenery to ensure longevity and freshness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop and workroom.
Assist lead designers with preparation for arrangements, bouquets, and installations.
Learn to create basic arrangements and bouquets under guidance.
Provide friendly, helpful customer service to walk-in clients and over the phone.
Support daily operations: washing buckets, preparing materials, managing inventory, and preparing deliveries.
Participate in event setup and breakdown (as needed).

Advanced floral design techniques and seasonal trends.
Client consultation and order management.
Inventory planning and purchasing basics.
Event and wedding floral coordination.
Shop operations and team coordination.

Qualifications:

A true passion for flowers and eagerness to learn. No prior professional experience is required—we will train you!
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Reliable, positive team player with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes (up to 40 lbs), and handle floral materials.
Valid driver’s license is a plus for local deliveries.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and major holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

$17 – $22 per hour (based on aptitude and initial skill assessment) + tips.
